Monte Carlo Project

Project Description:
Our first step in preserving the Monte Carlo on Cottage Row on North Manitou began last summer with some minimal structural support to stabilize it.
Over the winter, a member of our Project Committee has been working on a Historic Structural Report to determine next steps in the preservation of this suspected Frank Lloyd Wright designed structure. We anticipate that work will begin next summer.
